      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere. Freedom of expression without being judged. Collaboration amongst teams. Knowledge sharing across regions. Diversity and inclusion is great. Award-winning projects snd initiatives.

      Cons

      Low pay. Staff are overloaded with jobs. Very cliquey. Management needs direction. Attrition rate is high. Management doesn't know how to keep staff. People are always overworked and stressed out.

      Good people doing their best in a broken workplace

      Most staff are good-hearted and mean well. Lots of opportunity to take on more senior responsibilities in early and mid career.

      Cons

      Salaries well below market rate and management not receptive to re-negotiations. Company very understaffed, so most teams work hours of overtime every day. The recent departure of several key senior staff members has significantly impacted morale.
