CEO’s are Germans that are micromanager dictators. The company is run like a cash-strapped start-up that doesn’t allow its staff to travel and visit customers. The travel for annual kickoff has to be booked by the VP of Sales and put on the CEO’s Platinum AMEX card so only HE can get the points! This is just ONE example of how petty and poorly run this company is. Not a company to work for if you want one that is open to change for the better or if you want to establish a career. No HR function as the HR manager quit less than 9 months on the job because of negative treatment by the CEO’s! They have treated other employees poorly and they have left recently. No job security or growth potential. No women or non-Caucasian on management team. AVOID!
