The top management making design decisions last minute, there is lack of trust. They don’t deal with accessibility issues, and they say that they mind paying for it later. They don’t want to listen to their customers which is the whole job as a UX designer and they go by what their gut is saying. It’s a very stressful environment. Last thing is they think UX should be done in one day. Do NOT recommend this place.
