Nothing really positive to mention here.

Poor management and leadership, excessive micromanagement, high pressure, and constant organizational and project changes. Employee turnover is high, and many staff members take frequent sick leave due to burnout.

You work with some encouraging collegues who are friendly and nice to work with. Breakfast at the co working space

The top management making design decisions last minute, there is lack of trust. They don’t deal with accessibility issues, and they say that they mind paying for it later. They don’t want to listen to their customers which is the whole job as a UX designer and they go by what their gut is saying. It’s a very stressful environment. Last thing is they think UX should be done in one day. Do NOT recommend this place.
