      Worst experience as a UX designer

      Pros

      You work with some encouraging collegues who are friendly and nice to work with. Breakfast at the co working space

      Cons

      The top management making design decisions last minute, there is lack of trust. They don’t deal with accessibility issues, and they say that they mind paying for it later. They don’t want to listen to their customers which is the whole job as a UX designer and they go by what their gut is saying. It’s a very stressful environment. Last thing is they think UX should be done in one day. Do NOT recommend this place.

      Great onboarding, decent culture and OK pay.

      Cons

      Not everything is as it seems, not as open and entrepreneurial as portrayed. Weak leadership which struggles with admin and misses the ball on the strategics.
