Terrible place to work
Artists dont get access to Shotgun
They treated their production teams so poorly. Saw over 10 prod quit or be fired in the span of 4 months
Terrible overall management.
* Benefits are not too bad, there's dental, optical etc
* There are different projects for artist to access to, eg Film or TV, but mostly the latter
Cons
* Need to butter up to supervisors so as to get a promotion (I know an anim lead gets his role that way)
* Low pay
* If you are caught in a big project, expect no work life balance (prod would expect you to come back during weekends and OT all days)
