      I love the flexibility of hours and how accommodating the therapists and admin team are to support your needs.

      Pros

      The company has a really positive and supportive work environment. Supervisors are approachable and always willing to help, which made me feel supported in my role. One of the best parts of working here was the people, the co-workers are amazing, collaborative, and always willing to share ideas and support one another.

      Cons

      The main downsides are the 9–6 work schedule and very few paid holidays throughout the year.

      You get to see and be a part of change in a child life. You also get to build good relationships with coworkers and clients.

      Cons

      Pay is relative. If a client cancels session then you don't get paid.
