      Pros

      - Great place to work if you want to work on technologies that went out of fashion 15 years ago. - Check their website out, most of the people listed as working there left years ago.

      Cons

      - Shockingly bad company culture. - Senior employees are allowed to bully and shout at others - Davra lied to me during the interview process, said that it would be React but instead the project was jQuery! - Basically zero technical competence in this company - Davra has been haemorrhaging people the past few years. Churn is through the roof.

      Interesting Tech Challenges and Growth

      Pros

      I was assigned work across a lot of different areas (programming languages, protocols, etc ), learning new types of technologies for backend, frontend and edge. They gave me significant autonomy and let me interact closely with customers. Great place to grow your skill-set. Hybrid / remote work is allowed.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit hectic, but that keeps it interesting as well.
