Pros

Nothing good here. I was under stress for as long as I was.

Cons

The CEO is a fully frustrated & mental person. He never satisfies. - Every day/week comes with new Work process, New decisions, New discipline. - He behaves like all the employees are slave of him. - If someone enters the office late, He misbehaves and deducts salary. - Accounts, HR, Project managers are just actor, all the decisions comes from Him. - His only duty is, check employees entry time & out time. - he wants everyone will be active for 24/7 - He Can calls meetings and harass at any time - He wants to complete project within 5 days which requires at least 15 days. - You need to stay at least 11 hours at office or else he gets mad - There is no fixed date of salary. For the past few months it has moved to the 14th of the month. - No flexible work hours. They plan work for 10 hours & more per day. - Office time 10am to 7pm but no one can leave office before 8.30 everyday. - Less Experienced employees. - Interns & Junior developers do large projects & create garbage. - No Increment structure. - Very bad & toxic work culture. - Very Low salary structure. - 2 Days weekend but you have to work on weekend - You can't take leave - No defined work process. - You have to add work data on Trello, Sprint planning doc, daily standup, daily task on discord, wbs, etc. Every week comes with a new doc. - Without salary you get nothing but have to do overtime everyday. Advice to management: Please look after those problem or-else your company will not exists. All the employees are frustrated, all are waiting for a chance to leave.

Pros

The cook is so good. And employees are also nice.

Cons

There is nothing good. The toxic culture will kill you mentally and always make you doubt about your worth. Most of the times project gets delayed for the unreal and immatuare requirements of the management, but at the end of the day the developers are blamed. Also, you have to enter the office earliest possible time, but have to leave as late as possible. The management tries to occupy the employees in some unnecessary tasks and rules so that thetly do not have enough time to think of their self worth and work continuously to save the back.

I felt extremely frustrated

Pros

The food cooks in the company.

Cons

I felt extremely frustrated with the work environment. Since leaving the company, I now feel relieved and much less stressed. Before joining this company, there are some important points to consider: Salary Deductions for Late Entry Despite Long Working Hours 11-13 hours daily. Salary Often Arrives Between the 10th and 20th, Without a Fixed Date. Misbehaviour from CEO & Senior Team Members. CEO Encourages Seniors to Pressure Juniors. Assigning Tasks on Weekends No Paid Materials Provided by the Company. There are no HR, project manager or accounts officer—everything is managed by the CEO. In addition to his CEO role, he takes on these responsibilities without properly focusing on his CEO duties. I believe he should focus on improving his knowledge in these areas. Every day, new plans are made, and the previous ones are forgotten. A lot of unnecessary documents to fill out every day. After adding data, the project status needs to be updated personally with the CEO. No HR, no project manager, no accounts officer—everything is handled by the CEO. The good reviews shown here are mostly posted and written by the company, with team members being forced to post them.
