      Pros

      Great brand, looks good on a resume. Everyone wants to work with the well-known talent.

      Cons

      Employees are grossly underpaid, the company is filled with Nepotism, and if that wasn’t enough upper management plays favorites. There is absolutely no proper management. There is gate keeping and creative ideas are shot down to die.

      While this company may be a decent stepping stone to get your foot in the door, it's hard to recommend staying long-term. The pay is low, and there’s no 401k match, which makes it difficult to plan for the future. The "let them eat cake" mentality is evident, while employees struggle to make ends meet. If you’re looking for short-term experience and don’t mind sacrificing financial stability, this could be the place for you. But don't expect to stick around for long unless things change.
