    - shift work, follow the sun model so you are not forced to stay back, simply turn work over to the next on shift team - health insurance covered - team environment - flexible work office

    - no overtime pay, only time in lieu - limited employee benefits

    Salary gets paid on time

    - Too much micro-management - Management of Enterprise teams has no idea about market's enterprise news, they came from PC/Laptop background and hence wont be able to get a better understanding of how to handle the Technical Team who has Enterprise experience more than the management
