      Good experience working here that I felt like sharing with others how this company can be an amazing opportunity for them as well. I felt part of something great and that is priceless.

      Lots of projects and tasks in parallel but I like fast paced environments.

      Love working here and the rhythm is fast and fun. Cool clients from all over the world. Amazing projects like FIFA World Cup and Tinder.

      Definitely not for those who want to work at a slow place and achieve less.

      - Toxic leadership with little regard for employee well-being - Frequent violations of labor laws: no official public holidays, unclear or missing vacation policies - Communication was primarily via Telegram, including weekends, with an expectation to always be available - Constant pressure to "just work" without any consideration for work-life balance or team morale - No HR structure or support to address internal issues - High employee turnover and burnout
