      Pros

      As bad as chaos can be, it gave me personally a lot of opportunites. I would say the company absorbed itself, not down into crumbles. Which was inevitable. I had an amazing time and tried to lean back and laugh at the sometimes stupid and crazy decisions. My team was amazing, we were in a bubble doing a lot of good stuff regardless of the environment.

      Cons

      Management is fully disconnected from reality. Nobody dares to say the truth to the owner, he surrounded himself with bobbing heads. If someone opened his/her mouth, had to leave. So whatever is happening, I am not surprised.
