Pros

As a leading player in dispenser manufacturing in US, this company has a lot of market advantage and eve better position in global market after merged with a major European player.

Cons

Executive management team is a disaster. There are lots of non-ethical issues going on. Executives like to point finger to each other, but not committed to business goal. HR function is not working. They are just taking orders from the executives, which is just focus on the bottom line. Since acquired by Dover, this old-school business section became lost in big corp. Many mid-management were confused how the business strategy will be, and front-line workers are getting less benefit then before. In 2017 and 2018, the cost-cutting affected more than 15% employees layoff. Some of the executives used this as a way to kick out the people who didn't suck up them.

Pros

Use of continuous improvement that has made indisputable contributions to the health of the business. Quite interesting work if you can see past the downsides.

Cons

Much of all the stuff they say about respect and trust etc to employees is a veneer for the still-present bullying and confrontational management regime that harks back to Tokheim Europe/Schlumberger RPS days (the two previous incarnations of the company). If you are not comfortable with bullying or badgering other people to get ahead, apply elsewhere. CI is great but there is too much doing it for the sheer hell of doing it. There is also a culture of "hire and fire" , with most new employees coming in as contractors to begin with so that they can easily be fired if they don't shape up. I've seen many potentially good people walk out because they couldn't handle the way they were being spoken to. Unreasonable demands made on people who are just in the door with very little training or development.

Pros

Coworkers were good. Location convenient.

Cons

Leadership is clueless. Very political climate where unless you are a favored one, expect no support from anyone. Too many people involved in decisions that they have ZERO idea about which slows the decision processes to a halt. The only person that was worth a darn in HR left because of how they were being treated..
