No room for advancement - very small raises (if any), lack of training, growth, improvements, better methodologies, more cost effective measures, complete disregard for Total Cost of Ownership and Return on Investment, etc., etc., etc...
Good ole boys club. Encourage a toxic work environment. A “do as I say, not as I do” mentality. No accountability. Nepotism and favoritism. Does not encourage continuing education or training.
