Manipulation is subtle but constant

Pros

The pace is fast, and employees are often expected to operate at a high level with minimal oversight. For some, this environment may feel energizing or offer accelerated exposure early in their career.

Cons

Expectations are frequently unclear, shift after decisions have already been made, or are enforced inconsistently. Employees may receive approval for a course of action and later be criticized for that same decision. Feedback is not always grounded in documented facts or actual client input, and internal narratives can change in ways that contradict prior conversations or results. High performers are often asked to absorb additional scope to compensate for team or resourcing gaps, without corresponding authority or support, and are then blamed when systemic issues arise. Raising concerns about workload, quality, or timelines is not consistently met with problem-solving, creating an environment where employees begin to second-guess their judgment and lose trust in leadership.

Pros

The collaboration between teams and the openness towards welcoming new joiners were genuinely positive aspects, and most colleagues are nice. The office is also quite centrally located, and they do provide you with a MacBook.

Cons

There are so many reasons why I would not recommend working for this company. They lure you in during the interview process with false expectations, an okay-ish salary, and promises of an amazing work environment with opportunities for growth, but don’t fall for it. From day one, something felt off. The management in this company is appalling. There’s no proper training or onboarding, and you’re left to figure things out entirely on your own from the start. There’s little to no support from certain managers, and in some cases, you don’t even get a single one-on-one meeting with your supervisor. There’s absolutely no sense of security. The company operates through fear tactics, rumours, and by exploiting people until they’re no longer useful. Some employees conveniently disappear before their probation period ends, they go on sick leave due to the stress, or they’re fired without any logical or justified reason. Overall, working here was a deeply disappointing experience. It’s a shame, because some of the projects have real potential - but there’s no consistency in workloads, no clear goals or expectations, and the company seems far more interested in signing new clients than in taking care of its employees.

Please don’t, it’ll crush you mentally and professionally

Pros

There’s a great and hardworking team, who supports each other, because trauma makes you bond

Cons

The amount of people I’ve seen being fired, leave (or being forced to) and getting sick leave in this company is unmatched. They’ve done a good damn job at getting those ratings up with fake “good reviews”, but read all the comments carefully and you’ll see through the lies. 1 - Mental Health: I have not met one person in this company that doesn’t struggle with their mental health, and that is a MASSIVE red flag. And they suffer it not only because of the heavy workload, little resources, constant turnover of the team (average 6 months) and lack of department structure, but especially because of how poorly they’re treated and spoken to. Your confidence will quickly shrink, but hey, your colleagues can show you their crying spots. 2 - Salary and benefits: They wear a badge of honour by saying they are a young company, but really, they’re just taking advantdge of the young workforce. Giving you low salaries and expecting senior commitment, and always using the "fear of being fired" by not being up to part or simply setting boundaries, to keep them quiet. And benefits? They’ve even rejected having fruit, so forget about those. 3 - Office: It looks like a call centre rather than a creative agency. Barely any sunlight, dark furniture, naked walls, carpet (in Barcelona?!) and most importantly: no place to eat. So you can either eat at your deask in front of a screen, or hold a hot plate on your hands while you try to gather with your colleagues. For a mandatory 4 day in the office week, they don’t care to create a nicer environment, and trust, we’ve asked for it. They do have money to keep renting building floors though... 4 - Values: This is not a family and they don’t care about you, so know your rights because they’re sneaky. You’ll find that out soon enough, and expect retaliation if you call them out. So please, don’t believe in the whole work-life balance they promote because it’s non existent. To summarize it, simply just don’t do it. There are many places you can go, so please don’t choose this one.
