-Senior Management has no boundaries, they even insult you on calls infront of everyone. -No work-life balance at all, employees are expected to work late nights also as if thats very normal and no extra compensation at all. -Every employee in this company has easily worked 10-12+ hours everyday. -Leaves are often questioned, No sympathy at all. -Espescially Ganesh who is the senior VP, is awfully rude always and pushes too much, calls at 9pm just to get work done. -No benefits at all. -Just for name sake it is Mon-Fri, but its 7 days a week :/ -People suffer in this company with mental health issues, even physical health but they care about work being done. - DON'T JOIN !!!!
