      Toxic culture. RUN AWAY!

      Nothing that I could think of and that's bad.

      Wow - where to start...! Poor management and incompetent HR team. They don't care about you as an employee. All they care about is how they are perceived and marketed as a "good employer" when in real life they aren't. They hire relatives or people they know rather than promote existing employees. Extremely sexist, prestigeful, poor management, old leadership and toxic hierarchy structure.

      The only good things are the benefits and colleagues.

      Cons

      Chaotic and toxic enviroment. Doesn’t listen to feedback from employees or take us seriously. The management talk more than listen when it comes to way of working and the mental health at the offices. There’s no structure or communication, wich creates a very stressfull, gaslighting environment and that has caused plenty of sick leaves during the last 2 years and no changes have been done to solve the problems in the culture and way of working. Unacceptable sexist comments are very common.

      None worth mentioning, bad from the start.

      Toxic environment. Chaotic, unstructured WoW. Bad leadership but nobody dares to complain. Harassments. Unqualified people are promoted to management positions. Confusing meetings - a lot of talking without saying anything.
