      At first I thought this was a legitimate company and job

      Cons

      I worked here for less than 2 years because I didn’t want to job hop. It turned out that the employer would miss paying its employees and pay less than they were contractually obligated to pay. Also, they treat customers and employees badly. The owner is spiteful and an ego maniac. You were warned.

      Pros

      I've been working for ECU for almost a year, it's been a fun ride. I feel challenged in my job every day and I am constantly learning. Great opportunity to contribute, to the company’s future and to the customers’ success.

      Cons

      For me, it's not a con. The work is fast-paced so you have to enjoy working in this type of environment :)
