Poor Management Pay Benefits No overtime Layoffs Discrimination No room for advancement Overworked Very stressful High pressure environment Only advice I can give to potential employees is to stay away from here. We use to get overtime however this company has gone downhill since 2017. Management is all about production and getting product out of the door and does not care about quality at all which is dangerous since we are a aerospace and military forging provider. There are many group leaders that get paid good for no reason other than kissing up. Shop floor employees are paid poorly and no matter how hard you work or prove yourself, you will never be noticed. Layoffs are common, every 2 years. Benefits are weak and will have you struggling to pay Bills. Lots of discrimination from production director. If you do not have a degree, you will not make it anywhere even if you have more knowledge and experience than one who does. You will be thrown under the bus for management's mistake. They got rid of the bonuses we used to get and the company is struggling to keep its' head above water due to director error. All you hear from employees is talk of unionizing. Pay increases have stopped for the past 3 years and they go through supervisors like clock work.
