Cons
Sad to say there are alot of cons, - Boss always come late in the afternoon, if anything requires meeting will have to work till late night sometime till midnight. - No time to waste, everything have to be done within a snap of fingers. There is no such thing as settle it tomorrow. - No work-life balance even when going back home still have to answer call and respond to emails. - The company does not understand the definition of Annual Leave, when on leave expect to be disturb by co-workers and work during leave. - The company does not understand the definition of MC, when on MC expect to be disturb by co-workers and work during MC. - Do not expect 5 stars employee benefit, this company provide 1 star benefit at best 2 stars. - Expect rejection when applying leave and need to state clearly the reasons for applying leave including personnal reasons (e.g go dating with boy/girlfriend, looking after your goldfish/dog, what kind of checkup/surgery you are doing, etc). - Boss have old mindset such as if you cannot even handle washing office toilet, what makes you think you are capable of handling big projects? Above all are to be expected as this is a singapore not so well known SME fighting for a pie in the industry with those well known SMEs and MNCs.
