We benchmark our salaries each year to ensure that we are in line with market rates that coupled with our additional perks often does bring us out on top. Having a dedicated EV social committee has meant that we been fortunate enough to keep social events running each quarter and it is great to hear such positive feedback on these. We recognise the isolated feeling with regards to the majority of the workforce working remotely. We will keep encouraging more and more staff to return to the office and hopefully over the next few months numbers in the office will increase. As a business we continue to drive and push a workforce whilst giving them the autonomy they require this has allowed for some advanced research which I can see from your review has been noticed. Our London office is the smaller of our two offices therefore sadly only has the capacity for one of our many teams within the organisation.
