Newbury is not the easiest of places to get to at times.

Having worked ta EValue part time for 7 years I have always been so impressed with the levels of flexibility. EValue encourage a great work life balance. along with a great culture, they have a great level of care and consideration for their employees. I have seen employees take on many internal promotions showing that the company supports career development.

Traffic into the business park can be challenging at times as we are close to the M4 however this is normally only at peek times or during road works. We could try and increase the levels of internal communications although this has improved hugely over recent years.
