None at all. Worst company

Racism - Chinese hire only Chinese and promote them . English is not spoken but you better learn mandarin when joining . You are sure to feel left out if you don’t . There s always money issues that are hidden and salaries are 10% of what they actually are in the market per industries standards . Run for your life away from them.

Supportive colleagues but lacking formal training process

The people who work there are very nice and taught me well. They don't leave new people out to dry.

Cons

As of writing this, there isn't really a formal training process outside of orientation classes they give during the first 1-2 weeks. Most of the training is done with the team and they will guide you through the different stations of the gear building. There is a lot of overtime that is mandatory.
