      Good company but low paying

      Pros

      People are nice. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries are low for the amount of work/responsibilities. High turnover. Top 10 best places to work doesn’t matter when you’re underpaid. Management is learning as they go so constant changes and figuring things out.

      Uses good proprietary software to drive sales. Sees themselves as a tech company that is in the 2A industry.

      Cons

      Although the 2A industry is in a state of flux following the boom of covid. They recruited me from another company to join their team. 9 months later they laid off me and about 60 other new hires. Poor planning on their end.
