Pros
Of all the companies I've worked for, it's been hard to find one with a culture like Ecentria. There are quite a few long-term employees, but with the rapid growth over the Covid years, there are also many new faces. What hasn't changed, and remains unique, is the culture. People are genuinely friendly (vast majority) and are willing to go out of their way to help, even those in other departments. It's a casual environment, many people are friends outside of work, and most days end up being pretty fun, albeit stressful as any full time job. The company has tons of good ideas, just not enough resources to implement them, but once a project is green lit, all hands are on deck and moving towards the same goal. Comfort is one of the key aspects that keeps people here.
