      Pros

      Small, but close knit team. Makes the flow of ideas and tasks easier. Very welcoming team. You often get to enjoy the outdoors even as a data analyst as some projects provide the opportunity to visit some scenic sites.

      Cons

      I didn't experience any con while I was there, but having traversed into a different domain (software), I have come to the realization that my analytics and development skills were not as challenged as I'd have liked them to be.

      Some passionate and knowledgeable colleagues. Opportunities to work on interesting environmental projects

      Cons

      Micromanagement is prevalent, leading to a lack of autonomy and trust. A toxic work culture is tolerated and sometimes enabled by senior leaders. HR lacks professionalism and accountability; employee concerns are often ignored or mishandled.

      Micromanagement, Lack of DEI, Lack of direction from senior leadership; Money is being hemorrhaged on an integration that senior leadership can't even get behind - which has led to not landing work and layoffs, HR not even considered in decision making
