- Below market rate base pay, despite good benefits - Employees are undervalued by upper management, leading to high turnover - A good “primer” or first job that can set you up related work in the future, but because of lack of growth available for employees, it’s not the kind of not the kind of job you want to stay for more than 2 years - Managers often push for aggressive deadlines, which causes quality of work to suffer and prioritizes “getting the job done” instead - The kind of work done is extremely varied and requires extensive training which isn't offered and staff is often told to figure things out on their own - Office culture is not cohesive and often feels awkward - Upper management is too traditional, plays favorites and can often be pretentious.
