      Pros

      Although there is great pressure and a fast paced turn around for shipping (as per the job) the atmosphere is not too bad. The owners are helpful, nice, understanding. There is no demand of working overtime even if trucks are late. Overall good company.

      Cons

      They need to hire labor muscle when there is a big order. They could improve staff morale. Maybe a pizza or a surprise 30 minute early on Friday. Or something fun.

      Pros

      Business is growing nicely Small office feel - management is nice and welcoming Some Covid safety measures are in place. ( masks indoors, breakroom cleaning )

      Cons

      Some "penny-pinching" but the overall company is willing to invest in goods, services, and equipment that is needed to continue to grow Covid Vaccination is not required.

      They have an incredible product

      Cons

      Very negative environment. No training on product, no communication on anything, no feedback on your performance and then your fired for something never brought up to you before. I’ve never seen such disorganization or number of employees who have no idea of what they are supposed to be doing or how to do it. Employees spend time every day griping about commissions they were supposed to be paid and weren’t.
