It used to be a great company a couple of years ago, but unfortunately a lot of specialised talent has been lost recently. Some of the negative reviews below do have some truth to them, although on a day to day basis, it's not that bad.
IMHO the biggest problem they are facing from a culture perspective, is that the leaders and the various levels of hierarchy they've started creating (and recreating over and over) never had the time to train up or have the skills to focus on people leadership or management.
The consequences of this, is that some people have been sacrificed, some have been ignored and people issues have been considered negligible or unimportant. In some of the worst cases, these people have had to shoulder the blame, and any sort of failure/mistakes is most definitely no longer acceptable.
It's unfortunate, but also part of this is related to the diminishing growth and the tightening of budgets, forcing a lot of management to focus on the dollars, rather than value or their contributions to the community (which they are known for).
