Pros

- Great learning culture - Meet great people from the Agile community and awesome support from fellow colleagues - Tries to do the next trendy thing in-house

Cons

It used to be a great company a couple of years ago, but unfortunately a lot of specialised talent has been lost recently. Some of the negative reviews below do have some truth to them, although on a day to day basis, it's not that bad. IMHO the biggest problem they are facing from a culture perspective, is that the leaders and the various levels of hierarchy they've started creating (and recreating over and over) never had the time to train up or have the skills to focus on people leadership or management. The consequences of this, is that some people have been sacrificed, some have been ignored and people issues have been considered negligible or unimportant. In some of the worst cases, these people have had to shoulder the blame, and any sort of failure/mistakes is most definitely no longer acceptable. It's unfortunate, but also part of this is related to the diminishing growth and the tightening of budgets, forcing a lot of management to focus on the dollars, rather than value or their contributions to the community (which they are known for).

Pros

- Good learning culture - Good client services team - Good admin and support team

Cons

- Not good at managing senior people; great at command and control over junior people who often don't know better - Not good at supporting their employees in very difficult customer environments - Some of the founders are standoffish and unfriendly; which can be a huge problem in an organization of it's size - Some employees are favored over others; there's the unnecessary star culture which brings down the morale of the average employee

Falls short of its potential

Pros

Great consultants - amazing people to work with and learn from. Amazing training budget when you can get time to use it. Great community/Meetup Culture. Inconsistent messages and behaviour from founders and leaders across the organisation can be confusing.

Cons

Inconsistent care of consultants with some favoured and others forgotten or ignored. For long periods of time. Tells a great Agile and diversity story but falls short of living up to either especially at the leadership level. Can show cult-like worship for the shiny/noisy consultants and can lack care for the workhorse consultants that clients love.
