Pros

The location was convenient and people were friendly enough one on one, even if information never moved between them.

Cons

• Getting basic information from other teams took days and often had to be restarted due to delays • Important decisions were communicated late or discovered indirectly • No central system or shared documentation existed to track what had already been decided • Too much time was wasted chasing information stuck in inboxes or individual knowledge • Cross team communication was consistently broken, causing constant delays

Pros

The family that runs the company likes to think they are your overlords but the head producer quit today. Suddenly, they are not in control and it’s showing by their attitude. They are scrambling to maintain their sense of power,

Cons

Everyone in the office is wondering how long it will take the leaders of the company to find a way to fire the spouse of the person that quit. They are vindictive that way.

Pros

Some of the managers were good people. They actually wanted to help struggling employees. Sadly, they were quite powerless.

Cons

The deadlines were awful and cruel. Employees were expected to work brutally long and exhausting hours to meet those deadlines. The ones who refused were blamed for not doing enough, and the ones who accepted got no appreciation. It was terrible. The leadership is fake and two-faced. They want you to think that they care about you when they really don't. Their poor attitude means I had trust issues with them. After a while, I stopped trusting them and developed hostile feelings. New employees have the worst deal as they have to work without proper training and handle a ton of pressure. Each day was a challenge. There were minimal rewards and maximum burnout risk. If you value your mental health and career, please stay away from this workplace.

I am sorry that your experience with us was not an ideal one. We do have many deadlines, but we make sure everyone knows about them in advance to ensure we are all on the same page. Our training systems are also in place, but it looks like you felt they were not adequate enough to provide the necessary knowledge for the position. We will keep this in mind moving forward.
