      The industry can be exciting.

      Cons

      The story recently about a $10 million investment is a lie. The CEO is struggling to keep people and while I'm sure he promises his employees this money is coming...it never will. He will never pay any additional money over that required to keep the business profitable for himself. By the way, in addition to suing customers and supplier, he's begun suing employees. He fired a long time "friend" and leader within the company and is now suing her for making a living after working there. His strategy is to bleed people dry who can't afford a long drawn out legal action. You sure you want to work here?

      Still the worst

      An exciting industry with a few great people.

      Cons

      Rebrand from Elevate Holdings, parent of PJS and Keystone Aviation. Still the bottom of the barrel in private aviation. The CEO is a really bad person and an even worse CEO. He makes decisions based on daily cash flow into his checking account. EVERYTHING else suffers. I'm not sure why anyone would work here or why customers would give him their money. He is a grifter, nothing more.

      A ton of great people work here for a short time.

      Cons

      This is a rebrand from Elevate Holdings. Parent company of Private Jet Services, Elevate Jet, and Keystone Aviation. Make sure you check those reviews before working here. The CEO is still the owner and it will be the worst job and experience of your life. Most positive reviews are driven by paying employees (mostly sales) to write them.
