Pros
Getting the chance to interact with employees from all over the country and working from home (if you are into that).
Cons
Blatant favoritism. Bonus structure is garbage and ensures only the fastest and most robotic employees make actual money (they also cut the bonus structure by over half a month after I was hired and promised 5 times that amount). They also claim that they will continue to pay you put any bonus money you earned after you leave (past the threshold amount) but thats a lie. I am still waiting on my bonus payout but hold little hope in receiving it as management is now claiming they dont do that. They also do not allow current employees to claim the work after other employees leave, so that money thats supposed to go to employees goes right back to the rich man that owns the place and the people hes hired to do his bidding. Management is unapproachable and even new employees asking viable questions are treated like an annoyance. Lots of turnover. Rules change almost daily and only apply to those they chose to apply them to. Other employees are caught "stealing" (essentially your bonus money by claiming the work you previously worked on) and allowed to continue working while others (who are good people trying their best and poorly trained) are let go without any notice. They have one hard-working supervisor who tries her best to neutralize all the cons but the manager always has the last say, no matter how little sense it makes or money it loses employees and the company. I quit this job because I could no longer stand to work for a company so unethical in various ways, who treated their employees so poorly and spoke to them even worse, if they spoke to them at all. If you chose to do this work here you will also receive many complaint phone calls from angry people all over the country who were either treated poorly by the branch managers of the schools or by the instructors themselves. You will be taking on a lot. This job isnt worth the terrible hourly pay nor the bonus structure. And you wont see a bonus until after you make a certain amount of enrollments, that they also doubled when they cut the bonus structure that would have made all the trouble possibly worth it. So basically you are busting but making non-stop calls for the 'potential' of bonus pay and you get the added bonus of being talked to like a dog and held to the impossible standards set by a select few employees who don't follow the rules (because they dont have to).
