If you suck off the higher ups, you’ll stay forever. They’ll fire everyone around the problem as long as you stick your nose so far up there rear until you can’t breathe.
Cons
Ahhh where to start. So performance based that the owner literally says he does not care about you as a person, but cares about your metrics/performance. I wish people could see what the owner thinks of his ground level employees in his weekly meetings. Disgusting. Also his little romance with his former work associate was not a good look. This company got 2 business loans of 50 million and now realize they do not make enough money to pay them back. The yards are awful, the students do not get the treatment they deserve, the management sucks, and all the good employees leave when they notice how awful it is.
