      Pros

      Even if you don't collect a lot of donations( money from people) you get a base pay in the start.

      Cons

      Travel long distance everyday. Standing usually outside of different locations all day to ask people to donate. Donating "online" is discouraged.

      inconstant pay, commission based, they did not want you talking about the pay range.
