      Pros

      Even if you don't collect a lot of donations( money from people) you get a base pay in the start.

      Cons

      Travel long distance everyday. Standing usually outside of different locations all day to ask people to donate. Donating "online" is discouraged.

      -Fun environment in office - Bi-weekly team nights - Welcoming staff

      Cons

      -Hours are ACTUALLY Mon-Sat 9am-7pm -Will be outside in ALL weather -No benefits (PTO, Insurance, 401k, Etc) - Will have to drive up to 2.5 hours to location with no mileage reimbursement - "Base pay" is based on if you hit your goal EVERY DAY ($400 solo $800 with a partner) - Promotion includes coming in one hour earlier and working on Saturdays as well. Nothing else.
