The projects are technically challenging and provide good opportunities for career development. From my personal experience, I have had a positive relationship with technical leadership and management, without excessive pressure or expectations of regular overtime. Additional expenses such as food and utilities can easily add another €300/month (partially offset by the company-provided delivery allowance). For someone renting alone, a €2k net salary can feel quite restrictive. Currently, salary review and adjustment processes appear to be paused until after the game release.
