4G is a family, and like a lot of families, it's not functional - Associate 4G Clinical Employee Review

Pros

There are some knowledgeable and dedicated employees The company's mission is meaningful, but not unique IT support is great There is some diversity at a high level, following another recent restructure, there are a number of females in relatively senior positions.

Cons

Low pay, which is compounded by a refusal to give adequate - or any - raises, or pay a bonus Frequent layoffs We're constantly told that 4G is a family, but I don't know whether what they mean by "family" is "clique" Unlimited PTO is actually very limited There aren't enough people to do all the work (perhaps because of the frequent layoffs...?) Tenure within the company is valued over all else, so if you bring experience with you from outside, prepare for it not to be respected or understood Senior management is completely out of touch with what's going on further down the chain - in a recent meeting, the CEO announced that some staff had been laid off, but after that call he was going to go to a bar with some people from the office he was in that day to celebrate how well the company was doing

Pros

None. You should probably look for opportunities somewhere else, unless you enjoy raising your blood pressure.

Cons

Working here was so frustrating because of the lack of communication from leadership and management. Expectations and demands are often vague, and important information is often left out, leading to a lot of wasted time and situations that were easily avoidable. Even if you try to be proactive and ask for clarification, you aren’t going to get a clear answer from management, and basically expected to read their minds. What’s even worse is the fact that employees get blamed for any mishaps that happen due to the company’s negligence.
