Pros

Good employee benefits e.g. pension, healthcare, nursery etc. Opportunities to grow, very easy to talk to the leadership team directly

Cons

Not the best compensation package It can be not easy moving between teams if you're not enjoying your work.

Pros

Work on exciting projects with the latest technology. All Directors and CxO level are always on hand to help, great open door policy. Always feel well supported by everyone in the company, has a family feel to it

Cons

Be nice to have some more work outside of the Government and offer more rotation on projects. The opportunity to move to other practices would be good

Thanks so much for taking time to write a review, it's so helpful for candidates to get a sense of what our culture is like. We have done lots on rotation, including targets and weekly monitoring and we've got big growth ambitions so am in no doubt there will be lots of opportunity to new things for those who want to. One of the best places to work. The senior management team promotes an open communication policy and creates an approachable atmosphere. Comprehensive benefits packages and ample training opportunities. Company's commitment to professional development and employee well-being.

Cons

In some departments, technical professionals with no management experience have to assume performance management responsibilities for junior resources.
