There should be more incentives offered to encourage employees to grow in their skills and to motivate employees to continue to give their best to every customer engagement.

Lower level teammates are great, even with hybrid schedule

The owners are terrible people who truly practice the “At Will” party of business. People who have worked here a long time will get let go, just because.
