- Company cares more about clients than employees and employees are often verbally abused by clients and management could care less. Write-ups happen to save face with the client. - Supervisors are too uninvolved and make negative assumptions about employees and micromanage to make themselves look better. - Managers are never at fault and excuse themselves for their lazyness and mistakes. - Often so busy we have to work without breaks. - Terrible communication. - Don't bother talking to managers about issues or concerns.
