Pros
Great place to work with plenty of benefits (free classes for employee & family, awesome discounts). It really is fun being around so many 2A types, and talking about guns is never a bad day. Managers will work hard to accommodate your schedule. Company is growing
Cons
The pay for retail staff is good compared to other retail jobs, but many of the staff a WAY over-qualified. A lot of duties are outside the scope of retail and the retail staff needs more people on shift at once to accomplish retail sales along with all the cleaning duties.
