Pros

I don't have any pro's because as the management team changed so did everything else and it went DOWNHILL real fast.

Cons

Management is the worst all they care about is money and numbers they do not care about the employees at all. Worst place to work and you will never be able to move up because once management finds out they put an end to it and freeze your pay which i believe is ILLEGAL. Coworkers are great because they feel the same pain you do and you get no respect from anyone in the higher management.
