Pros

High profile company that is widely respected, good benefits and low-level management. Ability of a AAA rated corp. to recruit high-end talent.

Cons

Inept mid-level management that showed no signs of understanding day-to-day workflow. Constantly shifting expectations that had to due more with office politics and bureaucracy that results often led to motivation issues, and turn over was high for this reason. Twenty (20) percent of my department when I left now works at me at my current employer in successful capacities.
