It's their way or the blackball. Told repeatedly that my management style was exactly what the sales division needs. Developed a sales team, used my "cutting-edge" approach, took a slow start with average results before my team started to trust me, adapt my style, and success followed. 3 weeks later I was asked to resign for "refusing to be an ADP team player. You do NOT want to be a part of this clone factory!
