In the middle of a GES Reorg and its a total mess
Leaders seem to be in the dark.
People are getting quota increases for q1, but don't know their target incentive. they are also losing their accounts in a month or so for reorg and don't know their q2-q4 quota or TI or what will happen to their accelerators...
on top of all this, leaders asked to close a ton of business at the end of the fiscal, then they withheld the deals and pushed them into the new fiscal year and now employees are getting paid less, taking audits...total rope-a-dope.
This is the kind of mangement attributesd that you deal with in ADP sales.
On top of this, the salary and TI are undermarket and our competitors protect sales from no-starts. ADP will claw back any earnings you make if a deal does not go live.
Sales tool are abhorrent. GES Sales ops just smile and tell dumb jokes.
not a good time to take a job here. its just chaos.
