Pros

Good salary and benefits package. Good work from home support and set up. Stock remains strong and the market views ADP as a strong company.

Cons

Products are very siloed and don't work well together. Promotion opportunities are there if you are prepared to be more political than professional. Very old school, if you were fortunate enough to start working there 20 years ago you are almost guaranteed employment and promotions but if you are new with new ideas don't plan to stay long. Senior management tends to develop an opinion about people based on one interaction rather than finding out all the information. Once that opinion (often negative) is formed there is no overcoming it.
