Pros
Lots of very bright people (if they are still there). Lots of different products to be exposed to, lots of opportunities to learn. Very flexible about working from home.
Cons
Management spent years hiring a bloated staff and are now just cutting people without regard to talent only with regard to expense saving. Moving jobs to India and other places to save money without regard to the value of information gained by personal interaction. Too much emphasis on bureaucratic menial tasks to an extreme.
