      Pros

      Excellent culture - cheesy but work hard play hard definitely applies. Having worked a few IT companies over the years, ANS clearly stands behind its marketing claims, something not always true. Excellent process to ensure excellent client experiences, along with a clear focus and expertise to rival anyone - ANS created the FlexPod idea way before NetApp, EMC etc. jumped on the band wagon.

      Cons

      Whilst the Sothern business is growing it still has a little way to go to before being a fully autonomous unit.
