      - Work from anywhere in the UK + abroad - Great Culture - Access to great developer friendly IT systems such as a MacBook - Good benefits - Considerable commitment to diversity - Team Leaders are really friendly, understanding and are genuine - Competitive Salary - Good work life balance - Clear opportunities for progression

      Cons

      - Some management structures in the business have difficulties raising issues to senior management - Some teams are understaffed - Middle Management is over stretched (lots of direct reports)
